Biodiversity partitioning across nested spatial level. Given as input a dataset of biotic measurements (species occurrences) and nested spatial levels (e.g. Sites within Locations within Regions), it allows to compare the biodiversity partioning across higher and lower levels.
-y_space: Define spatial grain; value: 3 text strings, column's name of dataset with nested spatial information (e.g. c("Station", "Location", "Region")), from the narrower to the largest levels
-y_time: Define temporal grain; value: 1 text string, column's name of dataset with temporal information or (e.g. "Week", "Month", "Year", or ""(no information))
-y_taxonomic: Define taxonomic grain for the analysis; value: 1 text string, column's name of dataset with taxonomic information (e.g. "Species", "Order", "Family", "Phylum")
